Benefits and regulations

No more moisture on double glazing window with properly insulated glazing.

Old single glazed windows suffer from condensation as moisture from the air condenses and forms water droplets on the cool glass.

Even double glazing window can suffer from condensation on the inner pane if they are not properly insulated. By installing properly double glazing window (Low E), the problem of condensation is greatly reduced as heat is reflected back into the room, the inner pane is warmer. That means less damage to frames and all- round lower maintenance for windows.

Misting or Fogging of sealed units in double glazing window is a common problem and most often occurs after the guarentee on the units has passed! Misty or Foggy windows can make a room look awful but repairing or replacing the sealed units is no longer a big problem.
